We arrange structured funding to cover land and development costs for site assembly. Whether it be a retail development, mixed urban regeneration or an office project we can match the funding to the site requirements. When we receive a development appraisal, we undertake a detailed financial analysis with cashflow projections.

Each development is bespoke, so the terms will be flexible to match the needs of the developer. We may draw on blended funding, which may include mezzanine finance, equity investment and joint venture partnering to achieve your goals. We work alongside our clients, using our high level relationships in global finance to generate the required offers of funding.

Our extensive international network of financial contacts is fundamental to our work in markets across the globe. This means we are able to deliver competitive funding packages to clients looking to develop commercial real estate anywhere.

  • Arrangement Fees

    We charge £399 payable on 'presentation of a formal offer of funding'. This means if we can't source you a formal offer there will be no fee to pay. In some cases we reseve the right to charge these fees to cover our time in 'assessing and preparing each case' and distributing to lenders. The full terms and conditions will be supplied at the quote stage.

  • Completion Fees

    Completion Fees are payable on 'draw down' of the loan. In most cases these are payable minus the Arrangement Fee already paid. In some cases however these can be charged on top of the Arrangement Fee. The full terms and conditions will be supplied at the quote stage. Please see our table of completion fees below:
