Brazil is currently a great investment location, it has been claimed.
Brazil is a step ahead of the pack in terms of
commercial property investment potential, according to one expert.
Robin Wilson, head of overseas at Rightmove.co.uk, highlighted the country's "burgeoning economy" as one of the reasons why it may be a profitable place to buy assets.
He said: "As a pure investment location, there's no denying there is a lot of buzz for Brazil right now."
In his view, anyone planning
property investment in the South American nation should "keep a clear head" and work closely with a currency specialist to ensure exchange rates do not negatively impact the return on an asset.
Mr Wilson suggested buyers should treat investments in Brazil as a long-term prospect and underlined how important it is that they carry out plenty of research before taking the plunge.
His comments were made in response to research by Worldwide Property Group, which indicated Brazil is one of the most popular destinations for people considering purchasing real estate overseas.
